Blakeley who hosted the event, Mr. John Bridges, Mr. Mark Hardage, Mr. Manuel Lucero, Ms. Audra Brown, Mr. Joshua Bullard, Ms. Jordan Roehl, Virgina Schmuck, and Keane Brown.
The course was historic in the fact that this was the first international course Master W.L. Lang has been given permission from the ITF to teach. This was also the only international course taught in the United States that three master instructors have combined efforts to teach. Master Mel Steiner, from Florida and Master Floyd Griffin for Oklahoma assisted in the course. This is the first and only International Instructor's Course that all 25 patterns were reviewed. This was also the first International Instructor's Course hosted by Yom Chi Taekwon-Do Association and the ITF America group. 50 black and red belts attended the course from seven states and the republic of Puerto Rico. The course included 17 hours of training and a luncheon with the masters. Red and black belt students attending the course received certificates form the International Taekwon-Do Federation of Canada, under the supervision of General Choi, Hong Hi's son, Master Choi, Jang Hwa, VIII Dan.
